Well, it all starts in the morning when I get up. I will have a busy day, so I will see how it goes. Hope I get some soaking time in. Blessings.

Okay, I know I said I was going to start my fast on Monday. But I think Tuesday will be a better day, because my dad is visiting me right now. So, I will spend some time on Monday in meditation to prepare. So, here I go.....

A Few Days Before

I will be starting my fast on Monday. I am not even sure why I am putting this on blogger. I mean, a fast is suppose to be something personal and private, not for the entire world to see. I think it is to make sure I do it. To make sure I stay with it. Why am I fasting? Well, I think this is going to be an awesome year of revival and encounters with God. Do I feel like God has called me into a 40 day fast? Well, I feel like God wants me to fast, but not sure how long. I will be posting more on it later. I am sure it will be a time of testing but also a time of intimacy with God which is something I crave more than anything. So, I will be posting my experience with this for anyone who is interested. Although I think it will be a personal journal more than anything. Blessings, Kevin
